Sammantha is certified in Group Fitness, Spin, qualified to teach TRX Group RIP and licensed to teach various forms of Zumba® and a Pound Pro! She has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and is always excited to help others attain their maximum fitness condition while having a good time! Her classes are high energy, noncompetitive and fun, which enables all students to feel motivated and welcomed. Sammantha is also a trained dancer. She attended LaGuardia HS of Performing Arts for dance and received her undergraduate degree in Musical Theater Dance from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Sammantha’s dance background gives her a strong understanding of movement and she enjoys being able to share her love of dance and fitness during her weekly fitness classes!
